1. Open / Run Outlook Express
2. Go to the Tools menu and select Accounts...
   

   

3. Select your Account
   
4. Click the "Edit" button.
   
5. Enter the following information
   Personal Information:
   
   • Name: < your real name >
   • E-mail Address: < username@innevi.com >
     
   
   Receiving mail:
   
   • Account ID: < your username >
   • POP server: < mail.innevi.com >
   • Save Password: < your password >
   
   Sending mail:
   • SMTP server: < mail.innevi.com >

    

   

6. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the window
7. You should now be able to send and retrieve e-mail
